Reliablizexport partners with vetted freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure secure, timely, and fully documented delivery of both fashion and grocery export consignments. We prioritize predictable shipping windows and transparent freight practices to support our buyers' inventory planning and customs clearance requirements.
Order processing begins upon receipt of a confirmed pro forma invoice and required advance payment or Letter of Credit. Standard stocked fashion items are typically ready for dispatch within 10 to 20 business days. Custom production, private-label orders, and grocery consignments requiring fresh harvest or seasonal sourcing typically require 3 to 6 weeks. Rush processing may be available subject to production capacity, at an additional charge.
All fashion products are packed in export-grade cartons designed to withstand ocean freight handling, with SKU information, quantity counts, and batch numbers clearly labelled for customs and inventory purposes. Grocery products are packed in food-grade, moisture-resistant packaging appropriate to the product, with fumigation and quality certificates accompanying each consignment. Large orders are palletized and container-stuffed by trained personnel to minimize transit damage.
We support Full Container Load (FCL) shipments for high-volume orders and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments for smaller or trial orders. Unless otherwise agreed, freight and insurance costs applicable to the chosen Incoterm are outlined transparently in the quotation. We work with buyers to identify cost-effective shipping lines and routing to their destination port.
Upon dispatch, we issue the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and applicable phytosanitary or fumigation certificates, along with shipment tracking references. Buyers receive advance shipment notice ahead of vessel departure to support customs pre-clearance planning at the destination.
Large orders exceeding certain volume thresholds may be dispatched through multiple partial shipments, allowing buyers to begin inventory replenishment earlier and manage warehouse capacity. Each partial shipment carries independent documentation and is confirmed with the buyer in advance.
We ship to major international ports across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas through our established freight-forwarding network. Buyers should confirm port serviceability and estimated transit time at the time of ordering, as timelines vary by destination and shipping line schedule.
In the event of suspected transit damage or documentation discrepancies, buyers must notify us within 48 hours of container arrival while evidence is fresh. Delays arising from port congestion, customs holds, or force majeure conditions beyond our control are managed through proactive communication and collaborative contingency planning with affected buyers.
